This tour mainly focuses on Tigers and Leopards of Tadoba Andheri Tiger Reserve, Pench National Park and Satpura Tiger Reserve.

These three parks are situated in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh and houses the elusive and beautiful cat species "Tiger and Leopards". Other major wildlife in these parks consist of Gaurs, Black Buck, Indian Wild Dog, Asiatic Wild Cat, Sambar Deer, barking Deer, Four Horned Antelope, Indian Porcupine, Sloth Bear, barking Deer, Nilgai etc.

Best time to visit these parks in from November to June......for photography in Particular then it is March,April May and June.


This tour is must for tiger focus safaris in central India. It is advisable to book this tour well in advance to reserve all desired services. Winter months can be cold in open jeeps especially in the mornings.....as the temperature is several degrees lower when you enter the forest.  Our local team of expert will assist you and liaison with you for your park game drives and transfers etc.

Day 01- Arrive Nagpur and transfer to Tadoba Andheri Tiger Reserve

Upon arrival at Nagpur airport our executive will meet you and take you to Tadoba National Park for 02 nights stay .Upon arrival at Tadoba, check in to the lodge and soon after lunch head out for the afternoon game drive in the park.

Tadoba Andheri Tiger reserve is one of the eminent Tiger reserves in India. The reserve, spanning over 625 square kilometres, incorporates both Tadoba National Park (which became Maharashtra’s first national park in 1955) and Andhari Wildlife Sanctuary, and became one of India's 28 Project Tiger Reserves as recently as 1993. 

A good Tiger population live in this park as well as Leopard, Sloth Bear, Gaur, Wild Dog, Striped Hyena, Jungle Cat and Chousingha (the Four-horned Antelope), not to mention a rich birdlife. 

Flora: Its hills support a dense tropical dry deciduous forest, largely made up of Teak and bamboo, carved by the Andhari River.

Day 02 - At Tadoba

Early morning and afternoon game drives in open jeeps in the park with our driver and jungle guide.

Day 03 - Tadoba to Bench National park

After the morning safari at Tadoba return to the hotel for breakfast and wash and change and leave for Pench National park. 

A spectacular natural reserve set amongst typical Central Indian teak jungle, Pench offers a quiet and secluded game viewing experience. Taking its name from the meandering Pench River which intersects the park, the reserve sprawls over a breathtaking landscape of hills, forests and valleys. The major attractions of the park are Royal Bengal Tigers, Leopard, Deer, Blue Bull, Indian Bison, Wild Boar, Hyena and Sloth Bear. Pench is a birdwatcher’s paradise with home to about 250 species of birds.  Pench National Park has charming landscape with forested area that is a blend of dry deciduous forest and tropical moist deciduous forest, and bamboo groves and grass lands.

Day 04 - Pench

Early morning and afternoon game drives in open 4x4 jeeps with our driver and jungle guide.

Day 05 - Pench to Satpura National park

Early morning game drive in Pench National park and later return to the hotel for breakfast and wash and change and later drive to Satpura National Park for about 07 hours. 

Upon reaching Satpura transfer to the hotel. 

Satpura is a very beautiful national park as it has diverse habitat and many options for wildlife viewing, including walking, elephant rides, boats as well as the normal jeep excursions. And above all else it’s quiet, so a complete contrast from the other renowned tiger reserves. 

In Satpura you can see sloth bear, gaur and wild dog sightings, Tiger, leopard, wolf, hyena, wild boar, muntjac deer, chital deer, sambar, nilgai antelope, chausingha, and Rhesus Macaques. Interestingly it is the only place in Central India to harbour Malabar Giant squirrels and mouse deer. A range of smaller mammals include the Indian civet, palm civet, India porcupine, Bengal Fox, Black-naped hare, Jungle Cat and the rare rusty-spotted cat.The bird life is magnificent as well and includes exciting species as Black eagle, Rufous bellied eagle, Malabar pied hornbills, Shahin falcons, Bonnelli’s eagle, various species of harriers and an exciting range of smaller birds. The waters of the Tawa Dam are suitable habitat for a range of waterfowl like Ruddy Shelduck and Bar-headed Geese along with terns and kingfishers. The flora of the national park consists of mainly sal, teak, tendu, aonla, mahua, bel, bamboo, and a variety of grass and medicinal plants.

Day 06 - Satpura National Park

At Satpura we will provide you three safaris in the jungle. 

You will also get the opportunity to enjoy bird watching and wildlife viewing by boat, canoe or kayak and ride on the elephants for an hour to visit otherwise inaccessible areas of the forest for close-up views of the mammals. Trips on elephant back cannot be guaranteed, as this depends on the availability; and also, on occasions, elephants can be withdrawn by the Forest Department if their urgent use is required elsewhere.

Day 07 - Satpura National Park to Bhopal

Early morning game drive and later drive to Bhopal. 

Bhopal is the capital of Madhya Pradesh state and on the way you can visit the famous historical site of Bhimbetka. Later continue drive to Bhopal and upon arrival stay the night.

Bhopal is a beautiful city and is also famous for its traditional cuisine. Enjoy dinner at one of the famous restaurants and experience the local culture. 

Day 08 - Bhopal to Delhi

Transfer to the Bhopal airport for flight to Delhi.

Upon arrival in Delhi tour finishes.

We recommend visit to Orchha and Agra from Bhopal. Orchha has fabulous historical monuments and Agra for Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. From Agra visit to Chambal Wildlife Sanctuary and also visit to Bharatpur Keoladeo Bird sanctuary is possible. The tour can be suggested as per the number of days you have to spare.
