This tour covers the famous sits of Bharatpur, Chambal, Ranthambhore and Bera. Bharatpur and Chambal are primarily famous for the bird life and Ranthambhore for Tiger and Bera is famous for its Leopard sightings.

This tour is a delight for keen photographers, keen bird watchers and wildlife lovers. This tour also takes you to the beautiful village of Bera deep inside Rajasthan and gives you a real time chance of sighting the elusive Leopard cat in the Aravali Hills.

Bharatpur is UNESCO world Heritage site for its bird life, Chambal is famous for as many as 250 species of birds and the list of Mammal is here as below.

Ranthambhore Tiger reserve host over 320 species of birds and a healthy Tiger population as well as Sloth Bear, Leopard, Hyena, Cheetal and many other wild animals.

Bera lies in the semi green forests close to Mount Abu and is popular for its leopard population in the Aravali Hills. Visit to Bera provides fantastic photo opportunities of village life and also leopard sightings.....some of the other attractions at Bera are Leopard, Bluebull , Crocodile, Hyena , Pelican, Graylag Goose, Robin Accentor, Demoiselle Crane and Bar headed Goose....some of these are winter visitors to the region.

This tour is very good for keen photographers and bird watchers as well as nature lovers. This tour accompanies our expert and experienced local guide to assist you with all your field visits and organise the Safaris and bird watching.

The tour is best run in the months from Mid November to Mid March. It can be cold on the safaris especially in the month of December and January and February as well. Please write to us for temperature chart for this tour.

Itinerary

Day 01 - Arrive Delhi

Upon arrival at New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal Number 03, our friendly ground staff will receive you at the airport and take you to your hotel close the the airport. Check in and overnight at the hotel.

Most international flight arrive at night into New Delhi.

Day 02 - Delhi to Bharatpur

After breakfast leave for Bharatpur. Upon arrival at Keoladeo Ghana bird sanctuary transfer to the hotel inside the sanctuary or close to the sanctuary. After lunch visit the sanctuary with our local expert naturalist.

Bharatpur attracts a large number of migratory birds from across the globe.

Day 03 and Day 04 - Two full days at Bharatpur

An early start of the day and spend full day inside the bird sanctuary. Visit various zones and experience nature in its true form.

Our local expert bird guide will make the most of your visit to Bharatpur.

Also Spend day 04 Inside the park and overnight at the hotel in Bharatpur.

Day 05 - Bharatpur to Chambal

After breakfast leave for Chambal and upon arrival check in to Chambal safari Lodge. A very comfortable and eco-friendly resort.

Rest of the day birding around the resort and look for the shy civet cat.

Day 06 - At Chambal - Visit for Safari on the river Chambal

An early start to the day and l;eave for the Safari point. It takes about 45 minutes time to reach the safari point. Upon arrival get on the boats and start the safari.

We will spend 3-4 Hours on the boat cruising up and down the stream experiencing its rich fauna diversity and continue the session post lunch till sunset.

Day 07 - Chambal to Agra

Visit the river for morning safari and later return to the resort and check out and continue driving towards Agra. It takes about one and half hrs to reach Agra., Upon arrival transfer to the hotel.

Later in the day visit the famous Taj Mahal and Also the Agra Fort. Standing on Taj Mahal we can scan the Yamuna river bank for various bird species.

Overnight at the hotel in Agra.

Day 08 - Agra to Ranthambhore

Today after breakfast leave for Sawai Madhopur and upon arrival transfer to the resort close to the Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve.

Day 09 and Day 10 at Ranthambhore

In these two days experience four round of Jeep safaris visiting its various zones and sighting its numerous flora and fauna diversity. Ranthambhore is however famous for its Royal Bengal Tiger Population but it also houses score of varied wildlife as well as some beautiful bird life.

Day 11 - Ranthambhore to Bera

After Morning Safari in the Park return back to the hotel and check out. Drive to the village of Bera and upon arrival transfer to the hotel here.

Day 12 - At Bera

Morning and afternoon safaris to look for the elusive and beautiful Leopard. Our local expert team will assist you in getting you the best of your visit to the region.

Day 13 - Bera to Delhi

Morning visit for Leopard sighting and some time to explore the village and later in the day transfer to Jawai Bandh train station to board overnight train to New Delhi.

Day 14 - Arrive New Delhi , Leave New Delhi

Upon arrival at New Delhi train station our local team staff will assist you and transfer you to your accommodation close to the airport (Can be changed if you wish to stay in the city).

Later in the day transfer to the International airport for flight to onward destination.

We highly recommend an extension of 03 nights and 04 days to LRK and if you have another 3 days than you can also visit the famous Gir Asiatic Lion sanctuary and the beautiful Velavadar sanctuary to see the Indian Hyena and Black Bucks deers.
